Junction 462 – East & West

A total of 48 borings were performed along MT 200, approximately 17 miles east of Jordan, Montana by SK Geotechnical.  We also subcontracted ConeTec to perform seismic refection tomography at three proposed cut locations along the project to characterize the bedrock and further evaluation excavatability and blasting.  Other project specific challenges included careful traffic control due to line-of-sight concerns, and a lengthy Montana Sage Grouse Habitat permitting process.
